B: black tea
L: 2 soft-boiled eggs, 4 slices bacon, spicy herb chicken, pepper skirt steak strips
D: spicy ground beef cheesy veggie casserole, low carb pumpkin herb muffin, raw milk truffle gouda
S: dark chocolate, fresh ground almond butter

1530 calories. Really not hungry for some odd reason. Wonder if it has to do with my unintended meat & eggs fast for my DD yesterday? Also saw an insanely low number on the scale this morning that I'm not putting down in my stats because I know it won't stick. I'll add something later on to get the calories up.

OM GOSH...........it has happened. Late in the day and over 1100 calories left.........YIKES.

B- coffee/WG Eng muffin/1 slice bacon

D- tacos (need to aim for 3 but it has never happened before and ZERO appetite)
