Not a good start...

Day one...and I've blown it! I was doing great until about 7pm and then I cracked
But...tomorrow's another day so I'm just going to get straight back in the saddle and make today an up day instead.

After reading about others going without all day so they can have something in the evening sounds tempting so I'm gonna give that a go. My little puppy as having an op tomorrow so that might take my mind of my empty tummy!

If you haven't gone over too much, call this a down day and have an up day tomorrow. If you've gotten close to up day calories, go ahead and have a down day tomorrow. But don't punish yourself! If you're going to have a DD tomorrow, make sure you get all your calories in today.

There's a learning curve, and you will most certainly get there!

Today was 2nd down day- it went much better than the first. I basically saved all of my calories for dinner. Where the first day I tried to spread them out. I felt better being able to have a good meal, more satisfied too.
I've got a lot of learning to do, but we can figure it out together!

For many of us, the first few DDs are a learning experience. Dawn's advice is right on point. Just keep walking, you will get there.

Nights are bad for me too. I stay so busy during the day that not eating is not a problem....get me into the house where I'm sitting around getting hungry and it's a fight every night to not eat! So far I've managed to stay on track. You will too! I drink chicken broth at night....It does fill me up.
