New and confused

Hello to everyone. I am a new member here, I found this website late last night trying to research more about carb cycling. Is JUDD the same as carb cycling?? I have been doing atkins for about 1 year and 1 month. I started at 210, and quickly in 5 months lost 45 pounds, since then I have stayed around 165, right now at my lowest 162. My goal at this time is 145-150. I am 5"9", healthy, on no meds.I want to start carb cycling to see if it will break my stall. I need help advise to get me going. Can someone please help me get on the right track??

JUDDD is calorie cycling. You can do it low carb, or not, however your body likes to eat. If you're looking specifically for carb cycling, this may not be the place you want. However, if you cycle calories, very often carbs get cycled as well just because there aren't enough calories on your lower days for very many carbs. Clear as mud?

You could try checking out our sticky entitled What is JUDDD? Come inside and see. (or something like that)

Start Date: Oh, ya know..every morning!
There are several of us combining JUDDD with low carb. I haven't lost alot yet, mainly because of being satisfied with fats on Up Days and finding out I wasn't eating enough!

I've been low carbing since January, mainly keeping net carbs between 40-50, so I've been sticking with the same foods, but watching the calories.

It's very doable and I hope you give JUDDD a good try!
