DD
Well, since reading on another thread that the Dr.'s original concept for DD was to fast, I'm going to try to begin reducing the calories. I never knew that, even when I did JUDDD when it first came out (before the book ever did). I usually have 2 OMM's on a DD, so I'll eliminate one of them. *Coffee w/cream *YoCheese Pudding *OMM Maybe some broth with a little cream if I feel the need. |

It's shaping up to be another DD because I have been ill and on the couch (the usual GI/sicky stuff).
7:30 a.m. -Pepto Bismol -Saltine crackers 3 p.m. -about 10 oz. "fresh" veg/fruit juice leftover from yesterday Tonight I'm making taco salad for everyone but I don't know how that will go on my belly. So I may just have something light. Or who knows, maybe my appetite will kick back into gear by tonight. |

Sophiethecat, now I'm having issues ... Went to the doctor and am waiting for blood test results; she's thinking my hiatal hernia, gall bladder or ulcer ...
Not much of an appetite, eating when hungry, so I've been doing MD/DDs over last weekend and last several days ... My menu so far today: B: 2 pretzels, water L: Only about 3-4 forkfuls of shrimp over pasta w/brocolli in cream sauce D: A couple more forkfuls, stomach feels sour and have no appetite |

For some reason I'm in the mood for eggs today, so I'll try something new tonight and have 4 soft-boiled eggs with the italian herb chicken and nix everything else. Not much of a change at 430 calories total.
