Cream of Wheat Fiasco

I love this stuff, but got into trouble on my breakfast amount which in turn screwed up the rest of my DD. I now will be at about 700 calories. Best to only eat an item that has the exact calorie count on the package. I am just disgusted.

Naw SuzeQ..Your fine,, somtimes goin over happens,, just dont add any more to todays cals.. JUDDD is forgiving remember.. its when we do this every down day that it may cause a stall.... Just dont give up on that choice of food,, just learn instead from it.... to meausre is all!! Love me some Cream of Wheat,, true comfort food for me!!
