YIPEE!!!!
Well, I am officially a believer. I am less than a week in (3 DD and starting my 3rd UD) and I've lost 5.6lbs!!!!!

I am amazed and completely thrilled. My last DD was a little difficult, but I made the mistake of seriously carbing up and going to bed hungry the night before so I only have myself to blame. Now, I should be going into my TOM so I'm already prepared for a stall, but still, it took me a month to lose 3.4lbs on regular calorie restriction and exercise so I'm seriously happy right now.

Oh, and I had an ice cream sandwich on my DD; HOW COOL IS THAT?!?!?

You might not lose if you're expecting TOM but you certainly will not come anything close to a stall. We all manage to live through it, if not a little worse for wear. You will be fine. If you feel that you must have that extra 100 calories on your DD by all means let yourself have them. Good luck.
