B: herbal tea, 2 soft-boiled eggs, 4 slices bacon
L: from hot food buffet bar (herb-spiced chicken, bratwurst, roast pork, roasted cauliflower & brussels sprout)
D: spicy ground beef cheesy veggie casserole, low carb pumpkin herb muffin, cave-aged gruyŔre, triple creme brie
S: dark chocolate

1415 calories so far...depending on what I feel like in the evening, will probably add more chocolate and cheese to get the calories up.

I came in without a plan, and lunch blew me away. But that's the beauty of JUDDD! I can have it, as long as I account for it on my UD

B- 1/2 cup skim milk and 3/4 cup of dulce de leche cheerios
L- chipotle burrito bowl w/carnitas + chips and guac (over 1400 cals!!!)
D- will be something light b/c my little one has a t-ball game

UD today...

Protein shake with FF coconut milk and protein powder - 575
Huge salad with chicken thigh, hb egg, bacon, blue cheese dressing and arugula, apple - 920 (O..M...G...this is so good I just bit my lip!)
Leftover steak for a snack before yoga class - 250
FF Greek yogurt and strawberries after yoga class - 350

2095 calories
(probably a few extra in there from hnh etc. so on target for 2200-2500)

Well things were OK till I got home. My UP cals are 1627, but I was so hungry that I ate an extra nutri-grain bar and ended up a hundred or so calories over. Mind you, it did the trick. I feel fine now, and I think that's the way it has to be on an UD!

Brunch: 3 eggs 3 Sausage 1tbs Feta Dressing (539)
Mid-day Lunch: Egg Salad (414)
Dinner: 4.55 oz Smoked Turkey w/yellow mustard (125)

I still have almost 1000 calories to eat. Ugh! Hmmmm, what else should I have?

I'm back to VLC for a little while. Was having a little too much splenda and it was giving me negative side effects.

Hey Shelby! You're maintaining w/ JUDDD it looks like!!

I swtiched out the tuna/mayo @ dinner for a Pure Protein shake! It's really good!
