Just posted a low cal ranch dressing recipe on DD recipes thread

My MIL made this for me and it is really good - I'll even be using it on my UDs. I posted it in the DD recipe thread because I didn't know where else to put it. Very easy and it is better than my favorite high calorie Hidden Valley Farms ranch.

Thanks so much! I cut and pasted it to print out. Ranch is my favorite! Just bought some Walden Farms ranch to keep at work for cafeteria salad bar and it is NOT GOOD.

1 tsp white wine vinegar (I tried another kind of vinegar, but didn't work as well as white wine vinegar).
Fresh ground pepper to taste.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a whisk to make a creamy dressing.

**my MIL made this for me the other day and it is wonderful - I'll even use it on my UDs. Yield is about 1 1/2 cups, and the best I can figure is it falls between 25-30 cals per Tbsp.
Sounds wonderful, cant wait to try it! Thanks for posting

You are my hero Kimberino!

I have been meaning to try & concoct something, because I can live on salad, but I can't stomach Walden Farms or anything processed for that matter!
Ranch pretty much goes on everything where I am from!

I love being someone's hero! I do have to give credit to my wonderful MIL though - she knew I was trying to do low calorie and did this all on her own.
