Ok, it has almost been 5 weeks of JUDDDing and I wanted to thank everyone who shares their journey here. I am here reading everyday and I think I would have been very discouraged by the bounces if I had not read that could be expected with JUDDD. I am seeing a downward trend in losing, but it is slow and bouncy! I was close to getting below 160 and then the bounce. But I am very focused this week and staying low on DD and behaving on UD. I want to break into the 150's THIS week!

The bounces can drive you nuts, that's for sure!
I've been weighing everyday since beginning JUDDD (again ), but I decided Saturday - ironically after a new low - to go to weighing once a week. The bounces were starting to get to me.The upside is that after being encouraged to track my UD calories, I found I actually wasn't eating enough on those days. I'm working at upping them and am beginning to finally see some results. Hoping you get into that new neighborhood this week. |
