I'm at my Gma's until evening, and it's her bday (88 yrs). :) -So far, black coffee with splash of almond milk -handful of almonds Not sure what else I'll eat today, but this evening we are taking her out for her favorite pizza. :) |

Only at 1861 (and I claimed an additional 100 cals for dinner - just in case!) I've worked out on days when I have evening meals out (ie last Saturday) - I need to eat a lighter breakfast - so I'm only have 250 cals, instead of 400!! |

coffee I'm making a waffle with butter handful of M&M's that I waited all day yesterday to have! LOL OH and a vicodin because I'm in pain today. Have to make sure I drink a lot of water to counteract it's binding effects. |

Had a rough weekend :sad:
Was looking forward to UD on Saturday. Had book club with goodies. Cupcakes, s/f fruit dessert, crab cakes, pasta salad, bellinis. etc. Well, I had only a little of everything and had some lovely bacon-wrapped shrimp for dinner. Woke up with a stomach ache. Skipped breakfast and went to Mexican restaurant with friends. Really did not want anything but ordered caldo de res *beef vegetable soup*. Ate only beef and broth. Still had nagging tummy ache. Skipped dinner and went to bed. FINALLY now the tummy ache is gone. Am I that sensitive to carbs :dunno: ? Been less than 50 carbs since August. I am entering my third week on JUDD and have been happy with results..clothes looser for sure. Jeans/pants not skin tight :jump joy: B- 3 eggs scrambled, 1/2 cup grits L- turkey, BLT lettuce wrap, blueberry smoothie D- chicken tostada (2 corn tortillas with shredded chicken, refried black beans, lettuce, tomato, homemade chili sauce, goat cheese) S- trail mix |

B: coffee L: -- D: 1 soft-boiled egg, italian herb chicken breast, shirataki noodles with thin sliced ham + shredded mozzarella + LC wedge + hot salsa verde S: yellow cherry tomatoes 380 calories total, so I may add larger portions to my dinner but only if I really need it. I'm so glad I took the advice from helpful JUDDDers to try shirataki noodles again but cutting down to half a package instead. I've done that for a number of DDs here and there in the past few weeks and I haven't had any digestive issues with them anymore. :up: I might be able to work up to 1 full package sometime soon. While I do like kelp noodles, the texture is harder to work with. |
