UD here...staying right around 167-168. Ok...since I'm slumpy... I'm maintaining and that's OK for now...
B: 2 chocolate chip cookes and glass of 2%milk L: 2 slices bread w/ tomato and cheese, some chips (salsa flavored?), smoothie (banana, frozen strawberries and raspberries, yogurt, grape juice, spinach, whey) S: Strawberries D: Small Filet mignon, corn, and scalloped potatoes, glass of wine No body pump tonight, so plan is yoga and zumba. |

Van, figured the day in excess of 90 carbs. I haven't had then since can't remember when...years? No wonder I felt bad. Will keep at no more than 60 on up days.

I am on an DD today after 2 UDs at the weekend.
2 x coffee w/ a little milk Atkins bar some broccoli & cauliflower with 50g houmous Mushroom soup. I have also tried to drink lots of water. I hope the scale goes back to where I was last Sat morning - 257.4! Dee |

I stocked up on a bunch of organic veggies. I'm going to do some juicing tomorrow when I find the juicer my brother got me ages ago and I never took out of the box yet. I've had two other juicers and always got burned out on using them after a short while, but I'm going to try it again with this one he got me which is probably a lot better quality than the ones I used to own. Just hope it still works after sitting in the box all these years.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC. MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too |
