LOVE to hear these stories!

I am an avid "audiobook" lover also!

I listen in my car and at my office!!! I am listening to Gary Taubes, "Why We Get Fat" right now, but have about 10 downloaded on Kindle to listen to when I am done. I never have enough time to read the books that I wish, so listening is a great way to get them in. I just wish that, "Johnson's Alternate Day Diet" was in audio format!!!

Oooooh 110 lbs I can almost feel your happiness from here. Congrats! Oh to be 110 lbs again how blissful! I'm so happy for you I can hardly stand it. Being only five feet myself I know how quickly the pounds add up on us petit girls. Yay for you

Well done Mainemom! I love to hear success stories. Before LCF, it was hard to believe that losing a lot of weight was possible but seeing and hearing the stories here is a great help!
