(I failed my DD yesterday but today still has to be an UD, it's our 3 years anniversary :heart:)

A much needed DD!!

B: Cup of Tea, Berocca
L: 2 rice thins, salsa, liverwurst pate, silverskin onions
S: Cup of Tea
D: Small Pork Loin, Salad, 2 mini corn on the cobs and bit of green pepper

Probably have a cup of tea or coffee before bed:

Cals: 450

After yesterday's UUAAD - I was up 4lbs this morning - but it'll be gone in a couple of days!

L: Will be out at Vintage Days (arts/crafts fair at the University, with lots of food booths), so no idea.

D: pan fried (not breaded) cod fillet; zucchini and tomatoes roasted w/a little olive oil and sprinkled w/parmesan

Breakfast none
Lunch Chia Seed shake 120 calories
supper shiratki noodles, chopped up canadian bacon laughing cow cheese and veggies 280 calories
total 400 calories leaving me some room for fruit salad at 75 calories later if I need it

Making a big pot of ratatouille. I will have it at dinner time with a slice of toasted sour dough bread and a sprinkle of Parmesan. It's been an easy DD so far!

1660 calories, so there's room for more snacks.

S: Vintage days--shared a cinnamon roll with icing with Keira
L: Texas Roadhouse--6 oz sirloin, 1/2 baked sweet potato with cinnamon butter, 1/2 side of fresh veggies, 10 peanuts, 1 bite of mashed potatoes with gravy, 1 bite of roll.
D: Ham and cheese on King's Hawaiian sandwich roll with mayo, left over sweet potato and veggies from lunch.

Wine: One large Chardonnay

Barely squeezing in under my 2100 today.

It's been a while since I've done a real JUDDD DD. I'm OK at around 650 calories so far. I'm not counting veggies though.

UD here-- traveling westward, so I wind up with an extra meal... Still managed!

B: 2 eggs, scrambled in Pam
1 LC bagel
2T cream cheese

Snack: 2c tomato juice on the plane
10 baby carrots, same amount of celery pieces
44 almonds (22 is a serving)

L: chef salad with ham, turkey, cheddar, swiss, 1 hb egg, and 2 packets (140cal total) ranch dressing

D: 9oz bbq brisket from Armadillo Willys, spicy peanut coleslaw, green salad (I found one of those 10cal sprayer)
