When you say this woe eating lets us have our cake and eat it too, you ain't kidding sister! I'm PMSing in the worst way and weighed in today without a loss

. But, I just ate a half cup of my favorite sea salted Carmel with dark chocolate bits gelato for 260 calories, and it was worth every calorie

!!! I feel like I just got a big yummy hug and I still have calories left over for later tonite. Oh and I didn't do anything to feel guilty about

.How many woe let you do that and still lose weight?

I never feel backed into a corner with this woe, there seems to be so many options open to us. Even if it's just a simple cup of chicken broth to take the edge off. Still the best part next to the weight loss are all of my Juddd Buddds

I felt like it was better for me to have a smaller portion of the "real" thing than a larger portion of skinny cow ice cream this time. I just knew I couldn't trick my nasty little hormones and would end up eating both. Now I don't feel cheated or like a cheater. So it's a win win.

I agree (Beeb's a smart cookie!) and also that it takes a lot less of the real stuff to satiate that craving than it does when it's a cheat. No "well I might as well just eat it all since I blew it anyway!" attitude

I have to agreee with the whole BEEB is so smart.. i love her.. and many other wise regulars on this forum.. i look forward to reading what she has to say on differnt subjects too
