Please explain
On my hormone hell DD I only went over by 100 calories by having a salad of all things. I hopped on the scale for my weekly weigh in today and nothing, I lost nothing all week. I know its better than an up bounce but TOM is not in the picture, I don't think. With peri menopause who knows what's going on! I respected my calories all week. I really need to understand the reasons why there would be a total stand still this week. My DH is blaming it on TOM because of my hunger and mood yesterday lol. But I could swear I just had it. I hate:annoyed:Peri menopause:annoyed:!

I feel your pain. I've been at pretty much the same weight for two weeks now. There are lots of possible explanations. Peri menopause, the fact that you are close to goal, something you ate is making you retain water, on and on and on. No telling really.

Are your clothes feeling any looser? Lots of times the scale is telling one story, but inches are falling off anyway.

Give it time, keep going. It will happen. :hugs:

me too sweets, perimenopausal and all. been spotting on and off for two full months of joy. my weight is doing the same thing, only I jumped up five pounds with tom and then stuck there. today I am finally lower after a good low down day, but I am freaking at the idea of bouncing back up. we hormonal women are all in this together. eventually it will get better and we will be complaining about being stuck at a new low :)

Body is catching up, give it a chance to get use to the new weight and then you will see the scale moving again!
