HELP WITH SWITCHING DAYS
Currently next Saturday is a DD but I need it to be an UD and am not sure how to change it around using the MD. Please can you give me some help Thank you x |

After your next DD, make the following day a MD. Add your calories for UD + DD, then divide by 2 to get your MD number. Ex: 1500 + 500 = 2000/2 = 1000. The day after your MD would be your next UD, then the rotation follows DD/UD pattern again.
ETA: It's not recommended to do these too often, especially in the beginning when you're building up sirtuins. That being said, they are a great tool for situations like yours. The pattern should be DD/MD/UD/DD/UD . . . so you always go into your next DD well fueled from an UD.
