D= Chicken with breadcrumbs and cheese, salad, mushrooms and a glass of wine.

DD for me today.

B=1/4 c. egg beaters with 1 oz. onion rolled up in Joseph's pita bread
L= 1 oz. leftover pork loin and 2 slices F/F Bordens American cheese, melted over 2 c. steamed cauliflower
D= 3 c. shredded cabbage stir fried with 1 oz. red bell pepper, onion powder, 1 oz. pork loin and a splash of soy sauce.

508 calories

Since it is Saturday and I've cleaned my house all day, maybe a glass of wine. :p

out for lunch monkfish, mussels, asparagus, sweet potato fries and a chocolate chip cookie bar LOVE this WOL!!
no supper planned yet but I am sure I will find a way to get myself up to my allowed calories for the day LOL!!

MD-- traveling to CA tomorrow and need that to be an UD..

B: 1 LC english muffin, and 1T low sugar strawberry jam
1c almond milk with Davinci SF Chai syrup

L: some chinese broccoli, and a couple ounces of bbq pork and crispy skin and meat (but threw out the fat) from chinese roast pork. OMG the skin is sooooo good.

D: same as lunch, but I"m going to work in some shirataki noodles so I get more filling-up.

Totals--
should be around 1380 calories
25-30 g net (not sure about the coating on the bbq pork. it's sweet, but how much am I really eating).

Didn't do the stir-fry. Instead, DH picked up some fried chicken from Kroger and we reheated leftovers to go with it.

Now having some wine.

I soooo failed this DD !

I fasted until 6pm as scheduled (I was in the worst mood!!!) then went to the party, had 1 glass white wine (got so drunk) and then I followed friends to a "one menu only" restaurant... this was probably a 1000 cal diner :stars:

S: Skinny Flat White, 1/2 a scone and jam
L: 2 Tuna Sushi Rolls
S: Salsa & Tortilla chips
D: 2 slices of herb pizza (starter size), Seafood Marinara (tomato) Pasta, Brownie

Wine - wayyyy tooooo much!!!

Over 3000 cals (ooops!)

The leftovers with the chicken were some rice, beans, veggie dish and a small piece of bbq pork. Had some blueberries for dessert.

Later I had olive crackers with the wine.

Creeping in to report an UUAD.

B BLT 2 cappucinos
D squid rings, rich veal pasta, some of DHs lemon cheesecake, red wine, black sambucca.
S ice cream at the beach, half a scone with jam and clotted cream, large glass of rose with crinkle cut chips.

My bad! But very happy. And only weighed 125.4 this morning. :)
