B=1/4 c. egg beaters with 1 oz. onion rolled up in Joseph's pita bread L= 1 oz. leftover pork loin and 2 slices F/F Bordens American cheese, melted over 2 c. steamed cauliflower D= 3 c. shredded cabbage stir fried with 1 oz. red bell pepper, onion powder, 1 oz. pork loin and a splash of soy sauce. 508 calories |

coffee (60) Veg Soup ( I sip on all day/ 6 cups 180 calories) Since it is Saturday and I've cleaned my house all day, maybe a glass of wine. :p |

MD-- traveling to CA tomorrow and need that to be an UD..
B: 1 LC english muffin, and 1T low sugar strawberry jam 1c almond milk with Davinci SF Chai syrup L: some chinese broccoli, and a couple ounces of bbq pork and crispy skin and meat (but threw out the fat) from chinese roast pork. OMG the skin is sooooo good. D: same as lunch, but I"m going to work in some shirataki noodles so I get more filling-up. Totals-- should be around 1380 calories 25-30 g net (not sure about the coating on the bbq pork. it's sweet, but how much am I really eating). |

Creeping in to report an UUAD.
B BLT 2 cappucinos D squid rings, rich veal pasta, some of DHs lemon cheesecake, red wine, black sambucca. S ice cream at the beach, half a scone with jam and clotted cream, large glass of rose with crinkle cut chips. My bad! But very happy. And only weighed 125.4 this morning. :) |
