Hormone Hell DD
Today is a DD and I'm PMSing all over the place! I woke up really hungry and just eating a little something made me even more hungry. I have a pint of salted carmel gelato with dark chocolate pieces in the freezer right next to the Belgian milk chocolate gelato. It's there in case I might want to indulge in a half cup on an up day on a blue moon. But both flavors are calling my name and have been all day. Also, I'm really feeling cranky:annoyed: or near tears:cry: or both all day:stars:. The perfect recipe for a DD failure:down:. But I refuse to take momentary comfort in the gelato and will wait until later tonight for the much better and longer lasting feeling of peace that I will get from control and sucess:clap:. Just knowing that I have all of you to tell this to and knowing that you know EXACTLY what I am talking about makes it a little better right away:hiya:. Also knowing that tomorrow I actually can have that half cup of gelato is a big life saver, maybe I'll go to bed right now lol:hyst:. :heart:You all.
