I did it!!

Finally a DD that came in just under 500 cal AND I didn't starve.

I have tried DD's ZC, Fat fast, LC, fasting (the F word, ugh) and was usually coming in at around 700....and really hungry! I changed my latte to black coffee, my breakfast smoothie to gluc pudding then my usual soups and a Baby Bell thrown in.

I even have a few cals left for a few bites of gluc pudding before bed if I'm hungry.

So all that aside, I want to keep my DD's low to really reap the health bene's so am doing 2/wk and a medium.
I really don't think the medium is helpful but it keeps me from continuing to lose weight.

I am really psyched since I seem to have decided that JUDDD is the perfect plan.

Good for you, Jem!! WTG on finding an adaptation that suits your life and goals! KUTGW, my JUDDD bud!

Also, isn't it ironic how so many of us maintainers have to try to not lose more weight, lol.

Great job on finding what works for you. I find it so interesting the variances in what makes people satiated on their down days. Really gives you pause when the so-called experts start spouting about how this food or that macronutrient is bad for all people. We are all different, and it takes some detective work to find the right things for our individual metabolism and tastes.
