I SO needed to read your post today -I also have been stuck repeatedly at that darn 173-175 range and JUST have not gotten below it-in the past I have either given up and thought I will NEVER get into the 160's again or switched plans. This month I began at 176 and so far have hit a low of 173 but keep bouncing between 175 and 174-I am DETERMINED to continue and I know eventually I will see the 160's but I can totally relate to how frustrating it is to work hard and not see quicker progress. Love reading posts like yours to know that I am not alone and we all are struggling-some of us take a bit longer to break through the setpoints than others but the support that you find at this board allows us to make it through them successfully. Hope you can kiss those 170's goodbye for good VERY soon and that I am right behind you !!!! LOL

Sorry Lou, Lynn, others going through this frustration.

On LC, I would sometimes hit a low, bounce up and stay up for 2 - 3 or more weeks and then drop a little again. Hang in there because your body is probably adjusting and resting in order to drop again.
