ADVICE PLEASE

Yesterday should have been a DD and basically because I was at a funeral and la la la.....it became an UD....alcohol etc.....Should I keep today UD or make it a MD to make up for extra yesterday...sorry such a basic question but I have religiously stuck to my plan since starting 9 weeks ago and not deviated so bit confused now.

If you are a Newbie and have not started JUDDD yet I suggest you make today your first UD, counting calories and use this day as the start of JUDDD, making tomorrow your first DD.

MDs are not suggested, by some of us, until you have JUDDD well in hand and know what will or will not work for you as far as food, eating habits, time to eat, etc.

Edited to say never mind. I didn't read the whole post, sorry. Still wouldn't make this a MD so soon but that is up to you. I would just make today my normal DD and proceed from there.

You have been JUDDing for 9 weeks so I'm certain the SIRT1 gene has kicked in for you. One day off is not going to set you back IMHO. MDs should follow DDs. Is there anyway you can estimate how many calories you had yesterday??

If your caloric intake was up to, close to or over your UD limit, I would say make this a DD because you should be fueled enough to handle it. If you think yesterday was at more of a MD level, then definitely go with an UD today and then just continue your rotation. Sorry you had to attend a funeral. Losing someone is always tough.

I'm reading this as she's been on JUDDD for 9 weeks. (?)

If that's the case, it would depend how far over you were. If you were in MD range (DD+UD/2), then call it a mid day and have UD today. If it was closer to an UD, make today a DD and go on with your rotation.
