let's correct that...
B = 3 slice toast with yuzu-cha (korean lemon marmelade, super yummy) 350cal
L = organic fast food chain wrap (400cal)
S = one big fat puff pastry, must be something around 500
D = vietnamese restaurant (quite lite) + 1 glass of wine

i'd say i'm around 1800 ... 150cal too many, shouldn't have had that pastry !

I really shouldn't have bought cereal. It's one of my few "evil" foods. For some reason I can barely eat the true serving amount - have to have more, and then this time I went back and had the second bowl too.

Ah well, moving along, moving along now.

Ah well, moving along, moving along now.
Dinner (FD part of my day):
-grilled hamburger (mixed w/egg, worc. sauce, s/p, celery flakes) with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard, ketchup on toasted bun
-dill pickle spear
-small handful potato chips
-handful of Food Should Taste Good (yes, that's the brand name) olive tortilla chips (me like!)

Now on my 2nd glass of wine.

I bought some Lindt A Touch of Sea Salt Dark chocolate which I may break into this evening.

Overall, a great evening.

Dinner was after the carnival, and had to be quick. McDonald's quarter pounder with cheese, fries, and iced tea. Haven't had that in a while. And I still had room for wine.
