Lunch: 2 rice cakes, scrape of cream cheese (118) Dinner: small piece of baked cod (50) Total: 168 That's planning this morning, of course. I have up to 325, so I can easily eat more if I want to. |

UD - and one that bought a great new number on the scale - but not really enjoyed my UD food wise!
B: Usual - Cup of Tea, 2 Slices of Soy & Linseed Toast, Butter L: 6" Subway Meatball Sandwich - with cheese and chipotle sauce (little bit of lettuce and jalapenos) - 567 cals - not sure it was worth it! Then the thing that really wasn't for me - Subway Caribean Smoothie - 208 cals, I didn't like it that much - but hey I'd payed for it!! S: Skinny Flat White Coffee D: Micro Dinner - Malaysian Chicken Curry (rice and curry sauce - nice enough), Green Beans S: Skinny Cow Chocolate Ice Cream Wine: Left over Lindeman's Early Harvest Rose - Low Cal/Low Alcohol (a week or 2 old - but strangely still good!) About 2000 for the day.

UP DAY:
B - 2 eggs, OMM, cheese 476 S - granola bar/cottage cheese 280 L - lettuce salad with grilled chicken, cheese, dried Raspberries, raspberry vinigrette 533 D - pizza casserole and cauliflower roasted 455 That gets me to 1744 , I need more. Will probably sprinkle cheese on the cauli and maybe add some slivered almonds to my salad at lunch. Try to get to 2100 |

Breakfast Cold pizza, 2 slices (don't judge me) Toast with peanut butter. Lunch Half tub of ice cream and some chocolate Supper Shepherd's pie Evening down the pub Wine (I shall try to stick to two glasses) It's TOM for me. I cycle my BHRT hormones so I still have the odd period even though I'm 50 something. So my appetite is low today. I do need to eat more or tomorrow will be hell. |

B: nothing, not hungry L: chicken broth (5) S: Sandwich, 2 pcs bread (170), mustard (10), 6 pcs turkey breast (45) D: salad, lettuce (30), tomato (40), cucumber (15), dressing 2T (60) Probably 2 coffees thrown in too, if hunger becomes a problem (60 each) ![]() We'll see how the day progresses but so far hunger is not an issue. breakfast was a protein shake with banana, mango and strawberries lunch Joseph's pita with tuna supper will be stuffed scallops, tilapia, and veggies snack cottage cheese with pineapple coming up with just around 1400 calories but that seems low to me for what I have eaten!! |
