Went over my UD yesterday by almost 300 calories, and have still been starving like crazy all day today on my DD, so I'll be going over today as well. I finally figured out why, as TOM just arrived today, 2 days early. That sudden rabid hunger is more accurate than anything else when it comes to announcing TOM's impending arrival.

Today's DD...so far anyway.

B: coffee
L: --
D: (started early at 5pm due to pre-TOM hunger beast) 2 soft-boiled eggs, mixed greens salad with shredded cheese + grilled chicken + red onions + grape tomatoes + beets, raw milk truffle gouda, triple creme brie, smoked clams

Up to 835 calories already, and I'm still hungry, so it could possibly turn out to be a MD. Gotta love those hormones.

So I didn't stick to any of my plans today.

Worked through lunch.

Dinner will be Trader Joe's poblano chicken with Trader Joe's butternut/spinach au gratin.

Ending the day at 458.

I know EXACTLY what you are going through right now. Tom surprised me too with an early arrival but in my case it's mostly because I was off on my calculation for it.

At any rate, I sure am learning more about my cycles since starting JUDDD/IF than I ever knew before. And yes, the hormonal hunger is a HUGE signal for me too. At least your foods are on the healthy side unlike some of the stuff I put away the last few days (cinnamon rolls!) And yes, sometimes you just gotta "eat to the hormones" because your body sure does want all that food it's demanding around the hormonal times, and thankfully the weight goes back down when Tom goes.

Sophie, it's only because of that darned gluten sensitivity of mine that keeps me somewhat on the straight and narrow, otherwise believe me I'd be eating that cinnamon roll right along with you! I always enjoy seeing your menus.
