21 Weeks - 40lbs gone!

Just had to come and celebrate - I've lost 40lbs on JUDDD!!!!

I've been following this for 21 weeks - but you know in some ways it's been easy and other ways it's been hard.

I normally manage my DD well - but my UD are often higher than they ought to be!

I've had Christmas - which I enjoyed, I've had a great holiday - which I enjoyed, I've moved 1/2 way round the world - didn't enjoy the journey - loved getting here, had 1 week of UD and month with way less DD then I should have had - which I did enjly (cough!

) Basically, I've dieted less than half the time!!

JUDDD works!

I eat carbs - and always thought I couldn't lose weight unless I gave them up - but I don't have that mid aternoon slump, I don't get the shakes, I don't get ravenously hungry 1 hour after eating something sweet. I still don't feel great after too much sugar - but if I want it, I have it!!

I can't wait - except it'll happen in it's own sweet time, for the next 40lbs - I'll be in the 180s!! I haven't been there since my mid-20s!

Anyway - thanks to all my JUDDD Buddds - and to my gorgeous Mum, Kissa, for giving me the confidence that I could manage 500 cals or less on a DD!

WTG, Vicky!!!

You've been a poster child for working JUDDD around your life since you started this.

And I know that others who have a lot to lose will look up to you as inspiration for that as well - that yes, they too can lose 40 - 60 - 80 - 100, whatever pounds on JUDDD. It's not just for "those last 5 - 10#" or just for maintenance (although it's a wonderful way to maintain!)
