wow ! That's great! You're making me wanna try JUDDD again and stick with it this time. I'm reading the book now which I didn't do before. I guess I'll decide on getting back on JUDDD when I finish the book. So far, I'm glad I read it and it is making more sense to me now. Congratulations on the weight loss

I am beyond proud of my precious daughter for this accomplishment.

Vicky you are doing just brilliantly, 2 lbs a week is incredible with all the stuff you have had to deal with this year.

All I did was open the door, the successful journey, with all its twists and turns has been all yours. Stand up and take a bow.
