Braum's

Doesn't take much to make me jump for joy!!! This morning after I dropped my car off at the dealership, I realized, "Hey it is an UpDay!!!"
I asked my ride to make a drive thru at Braum's and we ordered a Breakfast Burrito & Hashbrowns for breakie!
I can't for the life of me remember the last time that I was able to have this!

50 carbs 596 cals, but so & it is doable on JUDDD!

I know!!! Right??? In my LC days, I would just go home and scramble eggs and fry up a piece of bacon, but the Braums looked so unbelievably good after such a great DD! And I was back to my new low this morn!!! It is still hard for me to wrap my mind around!!! Wow!

This WOE is so freeing - I thought I'd forever be tied to denying myself some yumminess, like tortilla shells and potatoes. Glad your tummy got a treat today!

Braum's originated in Emporia, KS, but the main farm is right here in Tuttle, OK. I live about 30 minutes away and I have always wanted to go and tour their farm. My goodness! If you like their ice cream, just wait until you try their frozen yogurt!!!! Now that I Juddd, I must treat myself to a Chunky Chocolate Cappucino Frozen Yogurt! Do you like ice cream with your coffee???? Then you will adore this little splurge! It also comes in "no sugar added" for 110 calories per 1/2 cup!

I remember when their retail stores were named "Peter Pan" ice cream stores. I have family near Emporia and one of my very favorite memories is going with grandma to get a peppermint ice cream cone with lots of peppermint pieces in it on a hot summer day. I was so bummed when those stores were sold.

Braum's peppermint ice cream has to be one of my absolute favorites! And this girl likes her ice cream!

Their crinkle cut french fries aren't too shabby either!

I've enjoyed their kids' meal recently, more than once. A hamburger, fries, and a mint chocolate chip shake is yummy!

Another fav that I will be trying tomorrow is "Chocolate Amaretto Frozen Yogurt!!!" 130 calories!

If you don't live in Oklahoma, TX, Arkansas, Missouri or KS, then please try Orange Leaf!!! Their frozen yogurt is just as good and they only charge you by the ounce!!!

just a warning! It is sinfully delish! Let me know which flavor you like! I love the chocolate caramel w/ pecans sprinkled or Rasberry Lemonde with a few gummie bears. Okay, it is a DD, so I officially need to stop thinking about this!!!
