What can you do in 49 days?

Well this has been an awsome journey so far.. 49 days in (7 weeks) and i have hit my second goal of 195.. pretty cool huh? That is 30 pounds total since Jan 1 of this year.. but.. 16.6 of those are JUDDD. That is the part i love to about! I have decided that seing as things are goin sooo great i have moved my ending goal from a mear 185 to 170! I know that with this WOE i WILL Get down to 170 now.. i belive it! i feel it!! i know it!!I was afraid to ever hope for that number due to i never belived in any program could really get me there.. BUT.. this plan is so differnt and i am rockin it.. i can now say I CAN!

That is so exciting and inspirational! You are gorgeous right here and now (as evidenced in your pic) but how empowering to know that YOU are in control of your future goals :-)

That is fantastic! I know what you mean about believing that your goals are possible. I had hoped before JUDDD that I could reach my goal and I hoped my weight wouldn't keep creeping up but now I believe that I can actually control my weight. Bit difference! I am happy for you

Thanks girls! The funny thing is.. all those dang doctors thingys say at my height and bone structure i should weigh between 146-169.. So i never dreamed that could ever be me,, well i cant wait to show and tell ya all when i do get there!!! "

You are doing so great! And yes, you will def be able to achieve that lower goal.

I set my original goal at what I thought might be possible, and yet JUDDD has allowed me to lower that by 5 pounds and actually get there. So amazing!

ya know what... Onederland scared me I really thought that once i hit that 199 number that was as low as i was goin to get,, i was so afraid to "hope".. ya know? Weird i know but i know now i dont ever have to see 200 ever agin if i dont want to!

Kimberly, in one of your early posts you asked what 'JUDDD Magic' is. And you got a lot of really good replies.

But you may have just given the best explanation: JUDDD Magic is moving from hoping to reach goal to knowing way down deep that you really are going to get there.

I was just looking at your stats in another thread, and noticed this one, and I have to say-- YAY YOU!!!

I'm totally inspired! I started on April 1, and am down 7lbs (16 for the year) and I see your stats and it totally motivates me!

I always say, if they can do it, I can do it. WOO JUDDD BUDDDS

and I know what you mean about daring to dream-- I want to get to onederland first, and then, maybe, i might consider going lower than 170-160, which is my original target weight... for now
