DD
Coffees with a teaspoon of coconut oil and a teaspoon of cream during the day (2 so far) I'll have a Slimfast shake (230 cals) around 3 if I get my mid afternoon dip. That's the hungry time for me. I'll try to just have half to keep the cals low. Seemed to fill me up ok on Monday. Supper is a Waitrose ready meal at 243 cals. Rice noodles and vegs and chicken breast in spicy coconut and chilli sauce. Should be yummy. Last DD was my first at under 500 cals as the hunger was bad for the first two weeks and I had to have something in the evening. I think the magic has kicked in. ![]() |

DD
I have a lot of classes to teach (I teach online) so hopefully I will be able to fast until dinner. I had coffee this morning with half an half so that was about 80 calories. Dinner will probably be a pork dish of some sort. |

UP DAY
Had more than 500 calories but less than 600 on DD. Again. Trying to get to the more than 400 but less than 500 calorie category. Can't resist that cool cocktail/glass o'wine at 6:30pm with hubby each night before dinner. Sensing a pattern here, I will try fasting through breakfast and move onward to lunch on next DD. Went to pantry for Dreamfields last night and found bugs in 3 boxes and had to toss but had some *bug-free* Fiber Gourmet pasta instead--fewer calories but more carbs. Only ate 2 ounces. Seemed like more, but I did weigh it so I know it was 2 ounces.Today's menu: B- Chia Oatmeal pudding with dried apricots and walnuts, coffee with coconut milk L- Breakfast for lunch-eggs, bacon, beef patty, grits D- 1 baked chicken thigh, squash casserole s- iced coffee with coconut cream 1-2 dirty 'tinis 1975 calories, 60 carbs thereabouts |

UP day but I have a doctor's appointment at 1:30 so I'm not trying to be heavier than I should be on the scale. So far... a fiber one bar - after I see the doctor... I'm eating something - maybe a sub or something.

You can get it at Walmart. I can also recommend the Pure Protein Chocolate Deluxe bars. These are great on a DD, eaten slowly with a cup of coffee or tea. You can buy them in boxes, though some places might sell by the bar. |
