Lynn,
Do the full bars really work, and are they good? I've looked at them, but didn't want to waste my DD calories if I was going to be hungry soon after. Thx! ETA: Never mind. I just went to their website and they are all full of soy. I can't have them anyway. Last edited by KeirasMom; 04-18-2012 at 11:09 AM.. |

DD here
I conquered the lunch! I had to go out with colleagues, and they chose Thai. I did a massive search, and found that 2c of tom yum chicken soup is 150cal (no coconut milk). B: green tea, and then a fruity floral black/green tea L: medium bowl of tom yum chicken soup-- not much chicken in it, maybe 2oz-- 150cal D: the plan is about 6oz of grilled chicken, 8oz of english cucumber, and a T of lite mayo 500 cal 14g net OH, and I'm planning for next week-- I found a low cal salmon at Cheesecake factory that I can have (dine in or take out) for my DD, and I've planned what I can eat at a sushi place for my other DD. taking JUDDD on the road! WOO HOO! ![]() Soren
