D = depending on the afternoon crêpes ! soup, probably.

L: Morroccan Chicken Salad (delicious - chicken, chick peas, pumpkin, walnuts, yoghurt etc), Glass of Chardonnay, 1/2 a slice of Carrot Cake, Skinny Flat White Coffee
S: Mint Choccie Biscuit
D: Lamb Chop, Salad, Sweet Corn

Just over 1800 cals at the moment - was going to have a glass of wine - but the open bottle isn't so good any more and don't want to open a new one. Maybe will have tea and a biccie later.

strawberry smoothie (1c frozen strawberries, 1/4 c coconut milk, 1 pkt wild strawberry crystal light, water)

1/4 c homemade cream cheese mousse w/ a chopped up reese's PB cup

total cals: 640
DD cal goal: no more than 650

lunch at my cousins-unsure of what she is serving but I am bringing some fruit salad so I will be able to eat something without going overboard

supper fish and brown rice calories should come in around 900-1000 fingers crossed LOL!!!!

I'm experimenting with a new granola cereal-- lowest carb one at the grocery (i.e. not a LC specialty product).

B: 3 eggs scrambled with 2tsp marg
3/4c 2% greek yogurt with 2oz of Dorset Cereals museli (this will be a sometimes-treat, not a daily occurrence)

L: might have 2oz dreamfields pasta with some parmesan

D: roasted pork loin, fautatoes made with cauli, and some LC cheesecake

I'm listening to you guys about not going for my full calories (2200+) and so all this ^ lands me around 2027cal and about 55g carb net.

S - orange if I need it - 60 cals

wow ! I've been so good... I really had only 2 crêpes, with no filling... so that should be something like 180cal, plus the 100cal worth of rice cake & diet cheese I had before I'm under 300 now ! it's 6pm so I'm gonna keep this for diner ;)

Is HG Hungry Girl or something else? Just wondering b/c I subscribe to her daily newsletters. Love a lot of the recipes! Also, I visited my Aunt in Oxnard CA in 09 for a week! I loved it there! She took us all over to sight see! I would love to live there!

I can tell I still have *some* of the hormonal hunger lingering, but not as bad as the last couple days. At least now it's not constant grazing, especially on just carby stuff. I think (hope!) by this evening I will be "re-set" and back to normal appetite. :)

L - YoCheese Pudding (triple of my DD amount) :laugh:
D - Hot Taco Cole Slaw w/sour cream, avocado, lc tortilla
S - Pecans, Dark chocolate, another OMM, more coffee w/cream, protein shake after workout.

We'll see if that gets me up to my UD calories. :eek:
