Maybe will have tea and a biccie later. |

I actually used smoked mackerel instead of haddock. Added hot sauce to it for me.

I'm experimenting with a new granola cereal-- lowest carb one at the grocery (i.e. not a LC specialty product). B: 3 eggs scrambled with 2tsp marg 3/4c 2% greek yogurt with 2oz of Dorset Cereals museli (this will be a sometimes-treat, not a daily occurrence) L: might have 2oz dreamfields pasta with some parmesan D: roasted pork loin, fautatoes made with cauli, and some LC cheesecake I'm listening to you guys about not going for my full calories (2200+) and so all this ^ lands me around 2027cal and about 55g carb net. :) Soren |

B - Coffee w/cream and coconut oil, OMM L - YoCheese Pudding (triple of my DD amount) :laugh: D - Hot Taco Cole Slaw w/sour cream, avocado, lc tortilla S - Pecans, Dark chocolate, another OMM, more coffee w/cream, protein shake after workout. We'll see if that gets me up to my UD calories. :eek: |
