I can tell I still have *some* of the hormonal hunger lingering, but not as bad as the last couple days. At least now it's not constant grazing, especially on just carby stuff. I think (hope!) by this evening I will be "re-set" and back to normal appetite.
Just got back home. Had a great time with my friend. She's kind of a new friend, so our first outing together. We ate at a German restaurant. I had beer-battered fish sandwich with lettuce, tomato, tartar sauce. Also the hot German potato salad (wonderful!!) and the house "gold" beer.

Pasta will be a sometimes food for me.
I also had a can of smoked oysters.

D: 9oz roasted pork loin (I planned on 12, but I couldn't do it). I had the fautatoes, and my lc lemon cheesecake bars

2047 cal (it went up and down all day as I decided and undecided what to eat)
61g net.

I'm not having heartburn anymore on the DD or the higher carb up days, which is good. But I think I want to go with lower carbs, so now that I've noticed the trend, I'll go back to a lower level and see how I do with that.
