Fish oil

I've just started again taking fish oil gel caps, 6000mg per day. My bottle doesn't list calories on it, but looking online 10 cals per cap seems to be about the norm. Anyways, do you count supplements in your calories?

I don't count any supplements. And I take krill oil daily!

I take 2400 mg a day and never have and never will count calories in fish oil and or other supplement I take.

Thanks! I've been counting it but on down days 60 cals is a lot!
