question about 36 hours for fast

I'm getting back into JUDDD and this time I'm going with a high protein breakfast even on my DD's. It usually comes out to about 255 calories with at least a third of the protein if not more than I need for the day. I found that when I do this I can go until 2 or 3 or even dinner time without feeling hungry again. I've tried to save all my calories for dinner before and I get headaches and dizzy and grumpy so I think this new method is better for me.

I guess my question is that if I have such a big breakfast does it take away from the benefits of JUDDD with the intermittent fast? Since it'll be almost exactly 24 hours from when I have dinner to when I have breakfast. Will the Sirt1 still get activated?

no it doesnt take away. i do that regularly. but i do have 36 hr DD because my UD are from whenever i start to eat till 12 hrs later. so even if i start eating at 430a i also stop at 430p. that means the DD is from 430p one day until 430a or so, not the next day, but the day after.

Start Date: JUDDD 1/1/12 + LCHF 12/1/13 (controlling diabetes)
It is unlikely (read: almost impossible) 255 calories is going to be enough to take you out of caloric stress response. You should be fine. Congratulations on experimenting and finding the eating pattern that keeps you from feeling so ill!
