question about 36 hours for fast
I'm getting back into JUDDD and this time I'm going with a high protein breakfast even on my DD's. It usually comes out to about 255 calories with at least a third of the protein if not more than I need for the day. I found that when I do this I can go until 2 or 3 or even dinner time without feeling hungry again. I've tried to save all my calories for dinner before and I get headaches and dizzy and grumpy so I think this new method is better for me.
I guess my question is that if I have such a big breakfast does it take away from the benefits of JUDDD with the intermittent fast? Since it'll be almost exactly 24 hours from when I have dinner to when I have breakfast. Will the Sirt1 still get activated?
