After awhile, you kinda start to love the DDs, even though you are hungry. Seriously...never thought I would say that :eek: but, it's true. UDs are wonderful! GLORIOUS! Then you feel like you ate too much and start looking forward to the DD. Like the DD "corrects" any "bad" UD behavior. :laugh: I also love the "light" feeling i have on most DDs. My tummy feels flat and I feel light and clean and in control. I'm weird.

If you haven't tried sipping some Chicken Broth I would HIGHLY suggest that!! Some add some sort of cream or half 'n' half. I don't add cream- but instead I have a Spicy Garlic Grinder and it has dehydrated garlic and red pepper in it. VERY fulfilling for me!!

McCormick has a Garlic Pepper Seasoning Grinder found at most supermarkets- that's the one I keep at work with my chicken bouillon! I easily use 4-6 cubes a day and sip them out of giant coffee thermos' at work! 5 calories per cube- but I don't stress about it.

I really don't mind the DD that much. But when I wake up on an UD I'm like a kid on Christmas morning. I'm always happy and so excited that it's a food day. I'm not a morning person so I rarely wake with a smile, now at least every other day I do wake with a big :D. I'm actually eating less all in all but enjoying my food so much more, and all without one ounce of guilt:jumpjoy:. Everything seems to taste better when you know you won't be regretting it later:cry:. Since starting Juddd, eating has become something I no longer have to stress about:laugh: Now I can put all of that negative energy into working out instead of complaining and gaining.
