First Week Completed on JUDDD - 2lbs gone
Hello, I am a long time lurker but am very excited to start posting after a recent switch from low carb to JUDDD. I was reading all the wonderful testimonies here and decided to give it a try as I was losing nothing any longer on low carb. I believe strongly in low carb I just couldn't control my calories so I thought switching to JUDDD would help me for a while by concentrating on portion sizes and such.
I started last monday 4/9 doing 500/1900 and so far so good! I was terrified of that DD number and really struggled the first 2 days but it's already becoming easier. I really like the freedom I feel on this diet and it has really opened my eyes to how much I was really overeating on low carb by not counting calories. I have gained and been stalled for months at about 169 after a low weight of 157 last year.
I weighed in yesterday 2 lbs lighter after 1 week which I think is good considering I only have about 20lbs to lose and it was my TOM last week. (FYI staring during your TOM is not smart lol - ugh....cravings:cry:)
But I survived and I'm excited to start this second week and hoping I can finally get down to 150. Haven't been there since I was probably 13 years old.
