JUDDD Before and During

I wanted to share some pictures of my progress. I have lost 20 pounds. I'm not sure how much more I want to lose. I started JUDDD in November, lost eight pounds, then fell off the wagon, got back on six weeks ago and have lost the rest since. :) Please excuse my ill fitting bra in the first picture and unmade bed in the second. ;) Didn't intend to share these but hey, why not. :P

Piccina 04-16-2012 12:34 PM

I did/do not have a lot to lose and I'm young, but being skinny growing up and then having two babies I was the heaviest I had ever been in my life, so, it felt like time for a change! :) Thank you. <3

sterlinggirl 04-16-2012 12:37 PM

GingerAnn 04-16-2012 12:50 PM

I can really tell a difference in your upper thighs and (lack of) love handles. You look great! I'm petite, too.. need to lose 15 lbs to get down to 115.

Showcats 04-16-2012 12:55 PM

You look great! Congratulations.

Stitch 04-16-2012 12:59 PM

Wow! You look amazing! Are you actually 122 lbs? I ask because I'm 5'2" and even when I was 114 lbs I didn't look nearly that good!

Piccina 04-16-2012 01:00 PM

Thank you everyone! Makes me feel good. I have a 4 1/2 year old and a 20 month old. :) Oh, and I actually I updated that a bit ago, now I don't remember how... I'm 111 now. :) And 5'2".

your knees even lost weight!!! WTG! you look great and are very smart to take care of it when you have 20 to lose instead of 70 to 80 like me.

Low Carb Librarian 04-16-2012 04:53 PM

I have 2 kids (5 and 3) and I would LOVE to be your before pic!
I am on the flabby stretch mark wagon here... I was sooo thin when I was young and I thought I was fat! Ha! I would be mortified to see me now.

I'm pretty positive if I looked like you in EITHER picture, I'd walk around naked all day long. Preferably in a place with lots of mirrors so I could admire myself. LOL!

gotsomeold 04-17-2012 03:25 AM

Skinny shapely lady, you look great!

MintQ8 04-17-2012 03:32 AM

I'm also 5'2", and my goal is 120lbs!! Only 105ish to go!!

northandcold23 04-17-2012 04:28 AM

Your stomach and hips look great! You look wonderful!

KathyL 04-17-2012 07:18 AM

Laura! LOL!

You do look fantastic! I wish I had taken the weight off after each child instead of letting it go as I did.

Piccina 04-17-2012 07:33 AM

Thank you sooo much everyone. I was feeling discouraged as NO ONE in my real life has even so much as asked if I've lost weight and it's hard when you see yourself everyday! I have stretch marks, too! Only I didn't get them on my stomach, but I got them on my hips, and boobs, and small ones on my thighs... and they're MORE noticable with weight loss, stupid things. I'm unsure if I should lose more. My goal was originally 100 lbs, because I have a small bone structure (I'm talking like 5 inch wrists, haha) and I've been that weight before and thought I looked better, but I'm unsure. WDYT? Again thanks so so so much for the kind words everyone!!

adillenal 04-17-2012 08:24 AM

Piccina - I have been dry skin brushing for many years and I had faint stretch marks that disappeared over time with brushing. I use the ttapp method but you can google dry skin brushing and get a lot of info. Just be sure to use a natural bristle brush.

Piccina 04-17-2012 09:02 AM

Hmm I've never heard of that and had no idea they could ever go away! Thanks for the info, I will definitely look into it for the little ones especially.

I always thought they were permanent too but I have zero stretch marks now. Mine weren't bad to begin with but I obviously had some. Not sure what it will do for really bad ones.
