DD - and then had to have a filling - so quite a low DD at the moment (6.30pm) B: 1 Cup of Tea S: Home made latte coffee L: mouthful of dentist's hands and instruments!! D: Leftover of DH's pasta sauce last night, with shirataki noodles - added in some anchovies and chilli flakes Currently at 136 cals! Thinking of a cup of tea and maybe another home made latte! - that would take me to 189 - kind of fancy a vino - but perhaps not... |

B Toast (180), peanut butter (150), butter (50) L Fage (100), chicken (300) S peanut butter pretzels (150) D chicken casserole (500), strawberries (50), ice cream 100) Yesterday ended up as a sort of MD. I ate a small bowl of strawberries and ice cream before bed and I feel all bloated and blah this morning :( |

So far just yogurt. I am gonna have a larger lunch and smaller dinner, due to eating more than I should of yesterday's DD. I can still make it through my DD tomorrow ok. I love the JUDDD magic....I havent really been all that hungry so I know I can get through it ok! B-yougurt 100 cals l- general Tso chicken container 470 whole thing D- thinking fish sticks and mac and cheese-not sure depends on when I get home from work and family gets home from thier things. I dont eat mac and cheese so I will prob have a salad or something in its place! |

I'm going to do liquid all day. Coffee with cream, a shake and broth. I did this on my last DD and it wasn't as difficult as I was expecting! |

Not hungry at all... Black Coffee Lots of water with crystal lite energy Hot Tea Maybe (while at work)... string cheese (80), dill pickle (0), orange (69) Dinner... either a small steak and veggies or shrimp stir fry If I can go all day without eating and just doing liquid.... that's what I plan to do. I gave DH the above plus a slimfast bar (100). He gets more calories than me. He will probably eat everything provided, but that's ok. :) |

B: smoothie- Sun Warrior protein, flax, green powder, spinach, cilantro, banana, lemon (250) L: gazpacho, cabbage salad, raw italian bread with nut cheese (650) S: raw brownie (200) D: raw cucumber soup (200), raw "tacos" wrapped in tori with hot sauce, (300)celery with eggplant dip and sunflower pate (300), 2 easter chocolates (300) an almost raw day minus the chocolate :-) I decided on a heavy dinner bc of my evening yoga and upcoming DD! Definitely helps. |

Smoothie - 250 cals (strawberries, raspberries, spinach, almond milk, greek yogurt 2%, protein powder) Chicken fillet (120) w/ sour cream chive sauce (100) and spinach w/ a little olive oil/white wine/shallots/garlic/ck broth (50) Strawberries (42) Emergen-C (25) 587 Cals Body Pump/Cx works tonight. Yesterday went to half a yoga-lates class (I was late - oops) then did a workout of my own for a half hour. Also went on a 45 min hike. |

B: black tea, herbal tea, 2 soft-boiled eggs L: pork stew with daikon and shiitake mushroom, pan-fried tilefish D: haven't decided on main dish yet, but liverwurst, triple creme brie and also a low carb pumpkin herb muffin to go along with it S: salt & vinegar almonds, 85% dark chocolate, fresh ground almond butter, yellow cherry tomatoes 1260 so far, so main course for dinner needs to be 540 and under, which should be easy. |
