L = left over wrap
D = game-night with friends ! pizza, savoury muffins, stuff we can eat with our hands !

DD - and then had to have a filling - so quite a low DD at the moment (6.30pm)

B: 1 Cup of Tea
S: Home made latte coffee
L: mouthful of dentist's hands and instruments!!
D: Leftover of DH's pasta sauce last night, with shirataki noodles - added in some anchovies and chilli flakes

Currently at 136 cals!

Thinking of a cup of tea and maybe another home made latte! - that would take me to 189 - kind of fancy a vino - but perhaps not...

Yesterday ended up as a sort of MD. I ate a small bowl of strawberries and ice cream before bed and I feel all bloated and blah this morning :(

So far just yogurt. I am gonna have a larger lunch and smaller dinner, due to eating more than I should of yesterday's DD. I can still make it through my DD tomorrow ok. I love the JUDDD magic....I havent really been all that hungry so I know I can get through it ok!

B-yougurt 100 cals
l- general Tso chicken container 470 whole thing
D- thinking fish sticks and mac and cheese-not sure depends on when I get home from work and family gets home from thier things. I dont eat mac and cheese so I will prob have a salad or something in its place!

I'm going to do liquid all day. Coffee with cream, a shake and broth. I did this on my last DD and it wasn't as difficult as I was expecting!

B-coffee, Oatmeal Chia "puddin"-last night I took 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 cup almond milk, 1.25 oz. trail mix, 1 oz. frozen blueberries, 2 T. cream, a bit of cinnamon, stevia and vanilla...shook up mason jar and put in fridge. That should keep me full a while.
L- vanilla protein smoothie
D-grilled chicken thighs, squash casserole
S-probably none

Maybe (while at work)... string cheese (80), dill pickle (0), orange (69)
Dinner... either a small steak and veggies or shrimp stir fry

If I can go all day without eating and just doing liquid.... that's what I plan to do.

I gave DH the above plus a slimfast bar (100). He gets more calories than me. He will probably eat everything provided, but that's ok. :)

Do you just put everything in there cold and shake it? Do you heat it up in the morning, or eat it cold. Looks too easy and yummy to be true! I am culinarily challenged, so I have to ask the perhaps silly questions. :hyst:

Slimfast shake and coffee so far. I'll either have a bit of my chicken curry or another shake for supper. Doing ok so far.

B: smoothie- Sun Warrior protein, flax, green powder, spinach, cilantro, banana, lemon (250)

L: gazpacho, cabbage salad, raw italian bread with nut cheese (650)

S: raw brownie (200)

D: raw cucumber soup (200), raw "tacos" wrapped in tori with hot sauce, (300)celery with eggplant dip and sunflower pate (300), 2 easter chocolates (300)

an almost raw day minus the chocolate :-) I decided on a heavy dinner bc of my evening yoga and upcoming DD! Definitely helps.

I just now ate it--cold. Yummy. I suppose you could warm it up but I liked it cold. The berries were a nice touch, juicy. Would put s/f maple syrup or maple extract next time. Also a dollop of Greek yogurt would be good--I think original recipe called for that. I'm out of yogurt at the moment. Plan on using chopped peaches and walnuts on next UD *Wednesday* :)

And eat it right out of the jar.

Body Pump/Cx works tonight. Yesterday went to half a yoga-lates class (I was late - oops) then did a workout of my own for a half hour. Also went on a 45 min hike.

L: pork stew with daikon and shiitake mushroom, pan-fried tilefish
D: haven't decided on main dish yet, but liverwurst, triple creme brie and also a low carb pumpkin herb muffin to go along with it
S: salt & vinegar almonds, 85% dark chocolate, fresh ground almond butter, yellow cherry tomatoes

1260 so far, so main course for dinner needs to be 540 and under, which should be easy.

Oh my. :o I'm almost ashamed of my eating today, but it can't be helped... :dunno: I can tell the hormonal munchies are here, and they brought friends. :stars: :laugh:

Normally I have great appetite suppression, but this is O-Time, and I can't seem to fight the urge to munch munch munch the carby stuff. This will pass in a day or two. :aprayer: :laugh:

Hey now....I'm a ravenous beast today, true, *rawwwrr!!* but not THAT ravenous! :laugh: I logged it in around noon here.

I really thought I'd do a DD today, but hardee-har, that's the biggest laugh on myself in a while! :laugh:

It would be scary if I didn't know that it was Ovulation time. :stars: I might be afraid I'd never stop eating like this, but there is a pattern month after month, and thankfully I'll get my normal, more-sensible appetite back before too long. *whew!* :)
