-1 hot wing -1 glass wine -there will be something on the sweet side just not sure what.... maybe a little dark chocolate or a cookie. Egads, it was the chocolate AND the cookie! (which was a chocolate chip cookie). Somebody stop me! :P OK, new day tomorrow, hopefully hormones will have settled down a lot. Last edited by sophiethecat; 04-16-2012 at 08:15 PM.. |

I took 2 Tablespoons of alfredo I had in the fridge- 1 cheddar cheese WW wedge 2 oz of Tuna and Let them melt together in a pan on low. I defrosted a small amount of peas in hot water while this was melting I then added the peas and rinsed shirataki noodles. I did add a little bit of calorie countdown milk- like 1 T, and a little gluc to try to make some sauce... and will experiment more next time. Not the BEST I could have hoped for, but definitely somewhere to start. I will for sure use my Bertolli Mushroom alfredo next time!! I think that would taste a lot better, and saute some mushrooms to go in it. I have noticed other people have mentioned making a tuna casserole with shirataki, maybe some others will share their recipes and reviews!! ![]()
