went to quilt guild meeting where I had a square of bf casserole and a cream cheese danish
L coucus salad chicken fried steak, gr beans, mashed potatoes cream gravy

D hard boiled egg, yougurt w/chia seeds ,pimento cheese on celery , small sald homemde dressing

My kumquat tree has tons of fruit been snacking on them

B: my high protein overnight oats (420 cals & 35 grams protein). Keeps me full all morning.

Puts me at 210 for the day...
My wonderful boyfriend is making chocolate chip cookies right now!
I have enough calories to have one when I get home from work!
not sure on the calories in 1 cookie though??

Sorry- hope you get this still, was REALLY busy yesterday!!

I took 2 Tablespoons of alfredo I had in the fridge-
1 cheddar cheese WW wedge
2 oz of Tuna and Let them melt together in a pan on low.
I defrosted a small amount of peas in hot water while this was melting
I then added the peas and rinsed shirataki noodles.

I did add a little bit of calorie countdown milk- like 1 T, and a little gluc to try to make some sauce... and will experiment more next time.

Not the BEST I could have hoped for, but definitely somewhere to start. I will for sure use my Bertolli Mushroom alfredo next time!! I think that would taste a lot better, and saute some mushrooms to go in it.

I have noticed other people have mentioned making a tuna casserole with shirataki, maybe some others will share their recipes and reviews!!
