I'm having another FD because as soon as I woke up I knew I was hungry, and going low cal til 5 p.m. would not happen. I'm usually not a b'fast eater, but was starving this morning. Might be O time. Anyway, I had leftovers from last night.
10 a.m. -1/2 ear corn on the cob w/evoo & seasoning -1 fried crab cake -red potatoes and green beans w/evoo & seasonings |

Today is the last day I'll be here, so we're eating up the odds and ends. I'll leave the refrig stocked scantily for DH. Milk & coffee cream, butter & cheese slices, eggs & bacon, some tomato juice, beer, and coke. And he's got the freezer full of *easy/microwave* meals, and he'll eat out a lot with his old cronies, so that's taken care of.
That means that I've just popped a tray of chopped root veggies - 2 carrots, a parship, and 2 potatoes - in to roast. I like that olive oil/sea salt roast really well. The last green pepper, onion, and 2 tomatoes will get chopped into a bottled sauce over pasta this evening. That should about use up the veggies. I did a real good job of working all the fresh foods into our meals these last few days. The refrigerator is usually stuffed with fresh fruit and veggies. Now it's about empty. Then 2 hard boiled eggs to shell and snack on, and apples and oranges to eat, but I can leave that stuff for DH too, if it comes to it.. with orders to eat it instead of leaving it all to spoil. (I have a feeling he's of the mind he's going to be eating most of his meals out with his old buddies. LOLOLOL)

I'm sorry. ![]() Just a question though... did you plan out your foods for this day ahead of time? Or did you just start eating, trying to be careful, and find you'd run out of calories before you ran out of day? It was a big help for me to figure and plan ahead of time. OK.. I want to eat three meals, starting with the first one at Noon. Then I want to eat again at about 5:30 for an early supper, and that will give me one last meal for a later supper too, as the evening wears on, and so I'll be going to bed with a bit in my tummy. OK.. I want the first meal to be about 150 calories, the second meal to be about 150 calories, and that last meal to allow for up to 200 calories. And then, get on your planner program (I use ******) and start planning out what low calorie foods you want to eat, and what you can put together that will give you the most for your calories! Once I get settled into my daughter's house, I think I'm going to have some free time after she's left and while my other daughter is at work, as she couldn't take that much time off, so I'll try to post some DD meal suggestions that work well for me. |

-1 c. rice, bean, meat, veggie dish I threw together -1/2 c. scrambled eggs & veggies -1 glass wine Oh and I had a spoon of EVCO. See, I have this little blue-tinted spray bottle from Walmart that I fill with evoo. I use it right after a shower all over, rubbing it in while my skin is still wet from the shower. I use it as my "hand cream" after each hand washing. It can be rubbed into the lips, used as a makeup remover, eye cream, hair balm, etc. I've been doing this for almost 2 years. Well, the little bottle needed refilled, so I decided to mix some EVCO with the EVOO in it this time (have done this one other time and I think it made it better than just evoo alone). So I melted the evco "hot oil" style indirectly in a cup sitting in hot water. Then I just poured the melted oil into the little container and topped it up 50/50 with evoo. So while I still had some on the spoon, I ate it. I'm not much for just downing EVCO like that though. Yet I should probably cook with it or take it more often than I do. Anyway, I really like the blend of evco/evoo about 50/50 in a tinted spray bottle. I take it with me everywhere since it's so small. So many uses for body care - it's like this amazing all-in-one product with uses I haven't even considered. (I've even used it in food or cooking in a pinch). Oh and when I used this blend last summer while sitting out in the sun, I got a beautiful light tan (I only sit out for 10 - 20 min. at a time). And although I've grown to like the smell of the evoo alone, having the slight scent of coconut is pretty nice too. And the evco is a little more moisturizing.
