Very UD (again - sigh)
B: half a matzoh w 2 scrambled eggs
L: 2 small brownies, a cookie and a couple of pieces of candy (yikes! the sugar monster is on the loose)
D: 2 glasses of wiine, 2 rolls w butter, pasta appetizer and lamb shank dinner w small amount of mashed potatoes, shared a to die for chocolate, banana and caramel desert with the table

Oh boy - today was supposed to be a MD because tomorrow we are hosting a BBQ. Hopefully those Sirt1 thingies are working overtime.

turned into a very UD
started off great LOL
breakfast was kashi cereal and a banana
than came lunch cold stone love it size peanut butter chocolate YUMMMMM
supper was chicken fried steak and brown rice
total calories for the day 1825 1100 just for the ice cream but you know it was worth it!!!!

Good evening! Busy day today - my UD day has turned into a MD:

B: prayer breakfast - bit of scrambled eggs, 2 sausage, 3 bacon, 1 slice bread
L: peanut butter/peach preserves sandwich on wheat bread, water
L/D: bit of turkey breast, spoonful of mashed potatoes, stir-fried green beans
S: bag of popcorn

Possibility of going out of town tomorrow, lots going on!!!
