Yesterday was a DD and I decided to sweep the house, 125 lbs of shedding yellow lab lol. I try to get my DH to do it most of the time because this is a sure bet to aggravate my arthritic back. Not only did it not really bother me in the moment but the next day, which is usually when I really feel the effects of my broom, I felt fine. I don't need to spend the next three days on my Rx anti inflammatory meds. Could this be some of that Juddd magic? I really think it is. Im at the end of my third week Juddding and I won't weigh in until Sunday but this is big plus in my book. Yay! Please share your magic moments with Juddd other than weight loss. I can't "weight" to read them. Isn't it great to have extra incentive to continue this woe above and beyond the weight loss?

I used to wake up through the night with my arms numb and in pain. I'm not sure if it's from losing weight or the 'magic' but it doesn't happen anymore!

I have an arthritic hip that really gives me bad fits. Maybe I should say "used to" give me fits, because since I've been following the JUDDD way of life, I've not had a bit of pain and I've been working outside in the backyard/garden pretty much all day most every day. Truly amazed (and THANKFUL) for this extra benefit!
