Well, I ended up having a day at work of not wanting to eat (unsettled stomach); I did the yogurt and popcorn, but passed on eating my lunch; just had a cup-o-soup of chicken noodle this afternoon (about 60 calories), and will try eating the zucchini for dinner, but don't really want anything else; a low number for today - hope I feel up to a good UD tomorrow!!

Wow that sounds like a lot of food for a DD. All I've added is breakfast!
I ended up having to add a chocolate Easter egg, bringing my total for the day to 482. I've used chocolate to get up to my UD calories before, but never thought I'd have to find a way to get more calories on a DD!

As above, and I opted for 4c of broth (I add some soy sauce and sriacha spicy to it) for a new total of:

505 cal
15g carbs.
