This is my second DD. I just weighed myself a few min ago, and I am down from 186 to 182 from Tuesday. I did not expect to lose anything for a couple of weeks. I was lowcarbing before starting this WOE.

I actually expected to see a small gain, since yesterday on my UD I ate a burrito which is carby. I didn't get on that scale thinking there would be a loss! Ok I'm going to shut up now before I jinx it!

I lost 4 after my first DD also... amazing isn't it! I'm prepared for whatever happens next (have been warned about the bounce, have taken Beeb's advice to chillax a bit in general

) but I continue to be amazed by this WOE.

I had beer today, regular beer... and I'm not freaking out and admonishing myself. WOO HOO!!! LOVE JUDDD!
