Another perk of JUDDD

Being able to go to a restaurant and not have to tell them to not bring the bread, tortillas, whatever

(and no guilt over having some!)

wormie I've found (for me) because it is no longer a "cheat" or "forbidden" a little is all it takes to satisfy my taste for it
I love chips and salsa!

I know that's right!! No need to come up with comments like, I don't eat bread, have to pass on the fries, I'm watching the carbs - when I go out tonight for dinner, the first thing I'm saying is "please pass the rolls"!!!!

Chips and salsa are my favorite! Throw in some guac and I could live on it.

I was telling a couple of people today about JUDDD. They all want to know what it is when I type or say JUDDD! I told them it will be nice not to say "I can't have bread, I can't have chips, I can't eat dessert!" I do know that my body doesn't process carbs/sugars very well or at least it hasn't in the past. Hoping to keep carbs/sugars limited to special occassions/outings but not sure how long that will last! I can't wait to try JUDDD!

Bread for me too! I travel for my job and on my past 2 UD's, I had mussels and ate them with crusty bread. Makes a fabulous dinner!!

You can get 100% rye bread which does not contain wheat. I would also recommend sprouted grain breads if you can get hold of them as they are easier to digest for many people.

We have our very first Texas Roadhouse opening here next week. Is it good? It's just down the street from my house, so I'm hoping it's good, because we eat out A LOT!

Buttered rye toast (w/ plenty of seeds) is one of my all-time favorite things. LOVE it!

Oh it's SO good! They serve the rolls with honey cinnamon butter <drool>

I love the ribeye, and their ranch salad dressing is hands-down the best I've ever had. It's really a fun place too - the waitresses every so often do a little country line dance, lots of yee-haws for birthdays. We go pretty often - love it! I can't wait to hear how you like it

Texas Roadhouse has the best blue cheese salad dressing anywhere
I'm not a fan of their rolls. They taste flat, like they need salt, to me.

Kissa, we can stand in the corner and grumble together. Even though the places are available to me, I can't have most of the food on the menu.
