Actually, great post Beeb. I was one to overthink in the beginning too. Now, I roll with life much better.

I think it's tough when most of us have had to think/plan/schedule everything to do with food for so long, to ease up on that, and be ok with the fact that is is OK to ease up. So we stress because we aren't stressing. LOL

It just takes a few times of experiencing that the scale really doesn't go into orbit when we 'mess up' a little to be able to see that it really is true.

Beeb, it was really good to see this post today and it helped me decide on just eating a higher DD today. We really are so hard on ourselves and if we're gonna be able to live with this woe, we need to make it work for us, and definitely without stress.

Thank you for this thread......I was just going over in my head about maybe I should change my UD/DD's due to an upcoming wedding. But I remembered this thread and thought......the wedding is a wonderful day in my life. With JUDDD I know I can enjoy myself one night then back to rotation!!

Thanks Beep for linking me to this thread. Don't feel so badly about going a bit over those 500 calories for my first Down Day. I'll know better for next time. Just have to remember that, all in all, I'm still so much lower in calories and carbs that I would have normally been, and will still keep losing.
