Been gone all day to visit a friend. Just got home.

-1 apple, on the road to her place
-We had a picnic by a lake in the warm sun: 2 chicken drumsticks, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans (food that we got from a deli and took to the lake)

Took a walk around the lake and went to a health food store, then to the Amish bakery, back to her home, watched TV, talked all late afternoon and evening.


tried some new things I'd never had before that we got at the hfs:
-seaweed, both sesame and wasabi flavor
-almond (non-dairy) cherry yogurt

-drank small V8
-chicken, ham, macaroni salad

I came home and had an Amish cinnamon roll with 1/2 c. decaf coffee.
Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Did I ever. I had one of those days where I started snacking when I walked in the door tonight. I've noticed I do this when I'm tired and really bombed from work stuff. Anyway, I got into the peanuts and the cheese. I'm I ate at least 2500 calories. I feel blaaah and bloated. Looking forward to tomorrow!!

Sort of a crazy UD day-- out for lunch with a friend, then dinner before seeing comedian Ron White

I can't believe I'm on a diet! (LOL-- I know, it's a WOE and a WOL, but I'm still freaking out):

B: meh

L: chinese food. Beef in black pepper sauce and I think a beef in black bean (they seemed the same), crispy (battered) shrimp in chili-- I had about 10 small ones, and baby (TINY!) bok choi in garlic, also chinese broccoli in garlic. I took home the broccoli and some beef and 1 shrimp for my next UD, or DH, whoever gets to them first.
total: 661 cal, 31 g carb.
Normally I'd be freaking out, but I'm putting my faith in JUDDD...

D: get this
1 pint of guinness (210 cal, 17g carb)
1 pint of rickards white (canadian brewer, white beer-- MY FAVORITE)-- 290 or so cal, 16 g carb
shanghai lettuce wraps (chicken, I avoided most of the fried noodles, sticky sweet sauce, iceberg lettuce). I can't get an accurate count b/c I didn't eat most the noodles and the sauce, but I'm still going with what their website says-- 745 cal
1 chicken wing from DH's plate

totals for the day?
2065 cal
171 g carb (though I didn't eat all the fried noodles and sauce, so maybe more like 100)

Did I mention I was down 1.5lbs this morning? WOOOO! LOVE JUDDD (well, until I bounce up from all the carbs, alcohol, and salt I had today

My work dinner was actually pretty healthy--chicken breast, rice pilaf, roasted vegetables, salad with strawberry vinagrette, roll with butter. I passed on the cheesecake (not my kind of dessert).

I couldn't add it to ************ until I got home, and ended up way under calories. Plus I was hungry again by then. After dinner, we did an hour-long tour of the FCC campus--the inner workings as it was an Engineering dinner--so there were lots of stairs and tight spaces. I had a lean cuisine to up my calories and ended at 1983 for the day.

JUDDD got me where I want to be!

B - 2 eggs scrambled in 1 t coconut oil, 1 T of SF apricot preserves (190)
L - shirataki fettuccini with 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, LC cheese wedge (100)
D - usually not hungry but broth and 10 raw baby carrots if needed (40)
