For The Newbies
Please use a calorie calculator, actually several, taking an average of them all, to figure out your UD/DD calories.
"Winging it" may not work because you run the risk of either eating too much or too little and BOTH are not something we should do while doing JUDDD. It's a formula, those UD/DD calories, that really need to be done as suggested or at least close to suggested for it to work it's "magic".
Not losing, stalling, gaining, and just not getting the benefits of JUDDD may happen when you "wing it"!
