My DD just got turned into a slightly-above-DD-but-not-quite-MD. Kept it to a house salad, dressing on the side. Going to just finish the day as if it were a total DD and do chicken broth and maybe a low cal/low carb muffin.

Well done, Traci & Pocohontas!

No crying, Pocohontas, you did great! It's just a higher % DD is all We give ourselves lots of forgiveness on JUDDD and when you are just starting out it often takes a while to get into the swing of it. Some people take to it instantly, others work their way down to 500 - and some never have to go that low. KUTGW, my new JUDDD bud!

Yayyy, on finding "the" dress, Tanya!! Of course we will want pictures at some point. And that's good news on having enough cals for a creme egg, hehe.

Looks good sophiethecat. Can't do corn or potatoes *sigh* but maybe some rice/brown rice with the herbs sounds yum. Usually just use rices, quinoa, pilaf stuff with a little onion and celery, maybe mushrooms and serve fairly plain. But I do my grillin' up good and this looks like a good BBQ side. On JUDD I look forward to making my favorite BBQ sides-garlic cheese grits casserole and Tex-Mex squash casserole. Oh and a fab polenta and cream cheese casserole-type thing that is well, to JUDD for

Lots of water today; I - Love - JUDDD!!!!
Well, I did the breakfast and lunch fine, but didn't drink all of the EAS shake, decided on a bit more of the half-naked popcorn. Hubby and I stopped at the grocery store on the way home from work, and I saw a Lean Cuisine of chicken, brocolli and potato squares, and that was 170 calories, so I'm enjoying it now, substituting that for the eggs/yogurt dinner. I'll have the apple before bedtime, so same total, just a different choice for dinner!!

DD

B - black coffee
S - peanut butter crackers
no lunch
D - open face sandwich with Tofurky slices & Daiya cheese

I've had a headache most of the day but I think it's mainly due to stress and seasonal allergies.

I did as I stated above-- skipped the almond milk, had 1oz more chicken... to be perfectly honest, I'm hungry.

I've had 4 cups of tea today, 2 big glasses of water, a big salad with 5oz of chicken, and my lunch was the 2hb eggs and 1T of 1/2fat mayo. Dunno why it's not doing it for me today.

I'll make it through-- Dr J states that hunger pangs last 20 minutes and come around 3hrs, so hopefully I"ll get to bed and read and forget about this.

Do you have allergies to corn or potatoes, Sooze? The rice recipe is from allrecipes website. It's a nice side dish that everyone seems to like. Your dishes sound great too. I've only had grits with eggs, I think.
